He completed his fellowship from Baylor University Medical Center & State University of New York (SUNY) Downstate Medical Center. He is board certified in Vascular Surgery by ABS. Dr. Panetta is a former Chief of Vascular Surgery at Staten Island University Hospital and Downstate Medical Center in Brooklyn.
