PRINE Health Proudly Sponsors the New York Kidney Walk with the National Kidney Foundation

PRINE Health is honored to sponsor the upcoming New York Kidney Walk this May, hosted by the National Kidney Foundation—a leading organization dedicated to the awareness, prevention, and treatment of kidney disease.

As a multi-specialty medical group deeply committed to improving patient outcomes, this partnership reflects our mission to extend care beyond the clinical setting and into the communities we serve.

Why the Kidney Walk Matters

Kidney disease impacts millions of Americans—many of whom are unaware they are at risk. Events like the New York Kidney Walk play a critical role in:

  • Raising awareness about kidney health and early detection
  • Funding life-saving research and patient support programs
  • Building a strong, supportive community for patients and families

For PRINE Health, this is more than a sponsorship—it’s an opportunity to stand alongside our patients, providers, and partners in a shared commitment to better health.

Benefits for PRINE Health Team Members

Participating in the walk offers meaningful advantages for our internal team:

1. Strengthening Team Culture
Walking together fosters unity across departments—from nephrology and primary care to care management and administration.

2. Purpose-Driven Engagement
It’s a powerful reminder of the “why” behind what we do every day—supporting patients through every stage of their healthcare journey.

3. Brand Visibility & Leadership
As a sponsor, PRINE Health reinforces its leadership in kidney care and population health management across Long Island and beyond.

4. Wellness & Morale
Encouraging staff participation promotes physical activity, mental wellness, and a sense of pride in being part of something bigger.

Benefits for PRINE Health Patients & Community

Our patients and their families are at the heart of this initiative:

1. Community & Support
The walk provides a welcoming environment for patients to connect with others facing similar health challenges.

2. Education & Resources
Participants gain access to valuable information about kidney disease prevention, treatment options, and lifestyle management.

3. Empowerment Through Action
Walking alongside their providers helps patients feel supported, seen, and empowered in their health journey.

4. Strengthened Patient-Provider Relationships
Engaging outside the clinical setting builds trust and deeper connections between patients and the PRINE care team.
