Jeffrey Cohen, MD graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Pennsylvania in 1999, after which he attended medical school at New York University. He completed his residency at Long Island Jewish Medical Center and his nephrology fellowship at Stony Brook University Medical Center. He was recognized as “Community-Based Physician of the Year” by Northwell Health in 2016 and 2023. He is the medical director of the Davita-Crossways Park Dialysis Center in Woodbury, New York.
