Prior to stepping into care coordination, she spent seven years as a medical receptionist for a group of nephrologists, where she developed a deep understanding of kidney care and the unique needs of patients with chronic conditions. Her time on the front lines of patient interaction equipped her with excellent communication skills, a strong grasp of medical office operations and a commitment to patient centered service. Now as a Chronic Care Manager, Julia uses that experience to build trusting relationships with patients, help them manage complex care plans, and ensure continuity of care across providers.
