Miriam is a Family nurse Practitioner specializing in Rheumatology and Chronic care management. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Adelphi University and then earned her Master of Science degree in Nursing at Molloy University. She is Board Certified with the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, AANPCB. As an experienced nurse practitioner, she also draws from over 30 years of experience in various specialties. She is passionate about patient centered care and as a Care Manager, her goal is to provide non-face –to-face interactions with her patients monthly, to optimally manage their multiple chronic health conditions, and find community resources.
