PRINE Vascular Access
Dr. Rafik Moufid completed his medical school training Faculty of Medicine, Cairo University, Egypt in 1997 with honors. He received his New York State Medical License in 2007 and completed his vascular fellowship at Staten Island University Hospital, Staten Island, New York in 2008. Since completing his fellowship he began training with Dr. Thomas Panetta on to the most complicated of endovascular and access techniques. In October or 2008 he became a vascular physician with Thomas Panetta, MD Vascular Surgery P.L.L.C. and performs fistulograms, thrombectomies, catheter placements, filter placement and retrieval, and angioplasty as part of our group.
