Before joining PRINE Health, Weronika worked at DaVita as a Dialysis Technician and Home Admission Specialist, where she gained invaluable insight into the needs and challenges faced by patients undergoing kidney treatment.
In her current role as a Chronic Care Manager, Weronika is dedicated to supporting individuals with kidney disease by providing compassionate guidance, personalized care options, and access to essential resources. Weronika is committed to ensuring each patient feels informed and supported about their health.
