PRINE is a unique, independent multispecialty group and wrap-around provider network focused on chronic kidney care. Since 2019, PRINE Health has expanded to multi-specialty SUPERGROUP where physicians can remain independent while collaborating with referring partners in PRINE’s ecosystem.
PRINE is supported by a physician owned managerial service organization (MSO) providing value-oriented Population Health and traditional practice management services.
PRINE Health MSO (management service organization or management company) is physician owned and controlled by the current and future, members of the PRINE Health Medical Group (PHMG). The PHMG physicians become owners of the parent, PRINE Health Holdings, LLC which is a holding company for all the PRINE assets including, but not limited to the MSO.
The MSO provides infrastructure and support for each of the PRINE offices with Practice Management and Population Health Management services to help strengthen and improve both efficiency and profitability.
PRINE Health is not exclusive to nephrology patient care, and we encourage our providers to serve all shared patients for varying care.
Physicians who choose to partner with PRINE Health can benefit from additional income benefits from our sonogram services, care management program, internal lab services and vascular lab services.
PRINE Health can support partners with expansion for hiring more staff for your practice, by subletting more office space from PRINE Health established offices, filled with an internal referral system to help boost business for the partner.
