Dr. Galanti brings nearly 15 years of expertise in primary care, with a strong focus on chronic disease management, preventive care, and compassionate treatment for diverse patient populations across Long Island.
A Leader in Internal Medicine and Community-Based Care
Dr. Galanti has spent his career delivering high-quality primary care to patients across various healthcare settings, including small practices, large health systems, and academic medicine. Most recently, he led the development of a new medical office with Vantage Medical Associates, while also supervising a Home Care Program for elderly, homebound patients—an initiative that ensures patients receive critical care where they need it most.
From 2016 to 2024, he served as a trusted Primary Care Physician at Northwell Health in Manhasset, while holding a faculty position as Assistant Professor of Medicine at the Hofstra-Northwell School of Medicine, mentoring the next generation of physicians.
