We are proud to welcome Yana Masikhaeva, APRN, NP, a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in endocrinology and diabetes care. Yana brings a strong background in hormonal health, diagnostic imaging, and evidence-based treatment planning—helping patients take control of complex endocrine conditions with confidence and clarity.

From Clinical Nurse to Endocrine Specialist

Yana’s journey in medicine began in neonatal intensive care, where she managed critically ill infants in Level III and IV NICUs. These high-acuity environments sharpened her ability to make fast, accurate decisions and reinforced her belief in patient-centered care.

After earning her Master of Science in Nursing from College of Mount Saint Vincent, she transitioned into endocrine practice, quickly becoming known for her detailed diagnostic workthoughtful medication planning, and empathetic approach to chronic disease management.
